Anecdotal Records (Standard Postcards)

Instead of purchasing an assessment board or gluing down the tops of multiple index cards, I decided to print up postcards as a way to document anecdotal records. I’m going to hole punch the top corners and use a ring to hold them together. When the record card is full, I’ll grab another! The quote is my favorite part: “Opportunities are often things you haven’t noticed the first time around.”
